They may use similar GPUs, but the service is not the same. Their offerings run on outdated systems, bringing hidden costs and inefficiencies. No, there are no additional charges for bandwidth or data transfer. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden costs. All applicable costs are mentioned on our pricing page.
The GPU hour cost is calculated based on your usage.
Skyline's on-demand prepaid platform bills you for each minute of use. In the case of longer-term contracts made by reservation, you will be invoiced monthly.
We use Stripe for secure payment processing—just add your credit card to get started instantly. For longer-term reserved contracts, monthly invoicing is available.
If you wish to cancel your account, please reach out to our Support team at support@skylinesolutioninc.com. Our team will assist you with the cancellation process and provide further guidance.
Absolutely. We know how crucial budget control is. That's why we send email alerts when your usage hits key thresholds—50%, 70%, 80%, 90%, and 100%. If your balance reaches 100%, there's a short grace period before your resources are scheduled for termination, which will result in access being revoked.
When your account balance reaches zero, your resources enter a grace period and are at risk of suspension. If no payment is made during this time, access will be temporarily disabled. After one week without recharge, your resources may be permanently deleted. To prevent downtime or data loss, we recommend keeping an eye on your balance and topping up promptly.
